I’d like to commend the Porsche RWC team for an excellent and amazing customer experience I’ve had - not just recently, but the past several encounters I’ve had with them. My experience, particularly with Bryan Cedillo and Tam Ho l, has been nothing short of exemplary. I live closer to the Burlingame Porsche dealership, and by far prefer driving farther for a better experience with Porsche RWC. Bryan and Tam provide me with great accommodation with my Cayenne, most especially since I use my car for business, the timeframe that I have to have it serviced is at times minimal - a day or two. However, Bryan was about to accommodate me with a loaner or Lyft ride, and/or make sure that my Cayenne was put back together/washed prior to me picking it back up again and allowed me to reschedule for completion of service, since I needed the use of my Cayenne prior to services being completed. Tam, was about to perform a quick diagnostic and fix on my car with a quick turn around in about a day. These experiences were significant to me because Bryan and Tam were able to get me in and out and greatly accommodate my need for the car due to business demand, so there was minimal disruption for me. Thank you to the Porsche RWC team for a great experience, highly highly recommended!!!

Yay! We were one of the first to get the Macan EV. Rudy has been amazing in keeping us updated and really went out of his way to deliver the vehicle to us after hours. This experience is SOOO different from other nearby Porsche dealers. It was actually hard to get anyone's attention up north and it's along drive across the Bay.

Porsche Redwood City is the place to go if you are looking for a Porsche. I highly recommend Sam Pham if you are in search of buying or leasing a Porsche. He is friendly and easy to work with. Always willing to help. Unlike my Porsche Stevens Creek experiences, where the sales associates are not as friendly. The showroom at Porsche Redwood city also has some interesting Porsches belonging to the owner. A small museum of cars.

Gary Ho was our salesperson, and he exceeded all expectations. He is extremely polite and thorough, providing detailed responses to all of our questions. From helping us decide on the exterior color to advising on interior configurations, his recommendations were always thoughtful and professional. We changed our minds about the configurations multiple times, yet Gary remained incredibly patient throughout the process. What impressed us the most was that, beyond possessing all the qualities of a great salesperson, Gary went the extra mile to secure a better price for us.
