I met Ray Kong 8 years ago when I was buying my first Porsche back in 2017. Ray was of great help, I was very happy with the purchase and the experience at that time. Recently Ray helped me to get my second (and my DREAM) Porsche which was a low production/difficult to get type of car. He guided me through the process, helped to get the allocation, gave a ton of valuable advices on the options (e.g. what’s best for resale vs what’s best for driving experience), future maintenance, and what to expect from ownership. He was there to answer every question I had! My car was of a special color and I could not find one to take a look at. I asked Ray but he could not find any at that time either. A couple months later when a car of the same color arrived for a service - Ray called me so I could stop by to see the color in person. This is just one example of many which by the end of the day built this kind of relationship. I’ve been to some other dealerships of similar class of cars, and there were cases when it was obvious they were trying to sell me something. That was never the case with Ray! There was always constructive dialog and mutual respect, professional and personal exactly to the point I wanted it to be. A service like no other! And I think it is priceless in the car purchase experience! Buying my first Porsche I never expected that connection to last for that long. We had a very long wait time due to ordering a 2025 model, but Gary was able to not only get us an allocation as soon as it was available, he was also extremely responsive with any questions we had during the waiting window.
